For any matter concerning your personal data, write to us through the contact form on this site.
What data we process
Data you give us when requesting a quote: first and last name, phone number, email address and the message you write.
Data you give us if you move on to contracting: national ID or passport number, driving licence, authorised passenger transport paperwork, and the billing details needed to issue your receipts.
Operational data generated during the lease: assigned unit, instalments billed, payments received, mileage and maintenance.
This site runs no third-party analytics and no advertising profiling, and we neither buy nor enrich data from external sources.
What we use it for
Answering your enquiry and preparing the quote you asked for.
Assessing the application, formalising the lease agreement and administering it while it is in force.
Issuing billing, recording payments and managing collections.
Meeting the legal, accounting and tax obligations that apply in Panama.
We do not use your data to send you third-party advertising, and we do not transfer it for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, when you write to us voluntarily through the form.
Performance of the lease agreement to which you are a party, or the pre-contractual steps you request.
Compliance with legal obligations binding on the company.
Who we share it with
Providers of services we need in order to operate, such as platform hosting and transactional email delivery, acting as processors and handling data only on our instructions.
Competent authorities, where there is a legal obligation or a valid request.
Insurers and workshops, only where necessary to handle a claim or maintenance on the unit assigned to you.
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for their own commercial benefit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a reasonable period to handle them and follow up commercially, and are then deleted.
Data tied to a contract is kept while it is in force and afterwards for the limitation periods and the accounting and tax retention periods required by Panamanian law.
Your rights
Law 81 of 2019 grants you the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability over your personal data.
You can exercise them by writing to us through the contact form, identifying yourself and stating clearly which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the periods set by the regulation.
If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may turn to the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI), the data protection authority in Panama.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted site traffic, per-user access control to the administration panel, and logging of relevant activity.
No system is infallible. Should a breach affecting your data occur, we will act as Panamanian regulation requires.
Minors
This service is aimed at adults holding a valid driving licence. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
